IT CAN BE A BUMPY START...

I'm not going to sugar-coat it, the beginning of non-monogamy is really bumpy for most people.

There's a lot to learn, you've got surprising emotional reactions coming up, and if you're like most people you've barely had positive monogamous relationship examples to draw from- conceptualizing a non-monogamous one can be overwhelming.

What if we created intentional partnerships with the people we loved- and could get support for the times when our relationship was ready to evolve and grow?

What if there was a non-judgmental space to reflect and to consider whether open relationships were a good fit for our partnership?

What if there was a curriculum to walk us through building intentional skills for healthy non-monogamy?

What if we had a safe community to practice and integrate those communication skills with along the way?

What if loving people came together and cultivated the skills necessary to stay deeply connected over time (whether monogamous or not)?

open relationship coach | open relationship class

In ten years supporting consensually non-monogamous, polyamorous, and open relationships, I've seen three clear patterns emerge:

  1. The first 6-12 months "trying out" (or even just talking about) non-monogamy is the hardest.
  2. It can feel VERY overwhelming to find reliable information on consensual non-monogamy to make critical relationship decisions.
  3. It can be very isolating if you live in rural areas or have strictly monogamous community around you- who are you going to talk to about all this?

I wanted to create a space for learning about non-monogamy that would be support people working through difficult conversations, provide critical information and communication skills training, and cultivate compassionate community for members (regardless of where they live).

That's where I dreamed up the Open Possibilities Relationships Masterclass:

A small group of open minds intentionally creating the relationships of their dreams.

WE COME TOGETHER IN THIS CLASS WITH THREE GOALS:

1. Look closely at our options for intentional, consensual non-monogamy and clarify our unique desires.

2. Grow relationship & communication skills necessary to navigate healthy open relationships with confidence.

3. Deepen the connection, authenticity, and trust between you and your partner(s) in powerful ways.

If you're wondering...

Is non-monogamy right for me (or us)?

How would we even start to open our relationship?

How do I know what I need to ask for?

What if I get jealous when we start seeing other people?

How will we slow things down if they start getting out of hand?

What kinds of boundaries or expectations are realistic in open relationships?

How can we stay connected if we see other people?

What do we need to do to make sure this doesn't split us up?

... this is the right PROGRAM for you.

NO MORE OVERWHELM AND ISOLATION

Often thinking outside the box about relationships can be a little lonely.  You might have great friends, but they're not always the most open-minded when we talk about changing the way we love.

And sometimes getting creative relationships can be overwhelming.  Most of us aren't taught great relationship skills in the first place- let alone given the tools to tailor relationships to our unique needs and personal growth.

Rather than stay in overwhelm and isolation we gather to build friendship, share tools, OFFER resources, reflect, grow, and laugh.

THOUGHTS FROM PAST PARTICIPANTS

"We got creative and even tried a few things together, but ultimately decided monogamy is best for us.

Even still, after 22 years together the conversations we had with Gina helped us have a deeper connection and more clarity than ever before."

- Robin & Michael, Portland, Oregon

"When we came [to the live event] it felt like we were each doing our own thing. Now it feels like this is something we're doing together... something that will bring us even closer.

It was really good for me to have a facilitator help me move from scarcity and fear to connection."

THOUGHTS FROM PAST PARTICIPANTS

This weekend retreat that Gina so graciously led was life changing for me. It awakened me to parts of myself that I have never given space and reintroduced me to parts of myself that I haven't known for years. The retreat was vulnerably and fabulously led by the brilliance that is Gina Senarighi.

I left that space a new being, ready to take on the world with a powerful connection to myself and my ability to show up wholeheartedly.

I recommend this retreat apologetically to anyone interested and would attend any workshop or retreat led by Gina in the future.

- Casey Tonnelly, Seattle, WA

I was both eager and anxious going into this retreat weekend. I had a lifetime desire to be authentic and vulnerable in the way that I lived my life but still hard some big shields around my innermost heart.

This retreat was paced wonderfully and had so much gracious space for imperfection, I was able to remain relaxed while increasing my growing edges!

Gina is a MAGNIFICENT facilitator, a grounded resource and provide a warm and inviting space.
